Order Processing & Delivery

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.

Most orders are delivered within 7 to 10 business days from the date they are placed, with many arriving in approximately 9 days. Because many of our items are made to order, please allow time for production before shipment.

During holidays, major sales, or periods of high order volume, processing and delivery times may be extended.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package’s progress.

Shipping Destinations

At this time, Everblue Collective ships within the United States.

Multiple Packages

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive on different days. If this happens, you’ll receive tracking information for each shipment.

Address Accuracy

Please verify that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are unable to guarantee delivery for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be reshipped.

Delivery Estimates

Shipping timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control may occasionally occur.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Everblue Collective cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.
